Directions from the A1

Turn off the A1 towards Sandy (town centre) on B1042.
Take second exit at roundabout onto Sunderland Rd.
Continue along Sunderland Road for almost a mile.
Turn right onto Tyne Rd, then left onto Blaydon Rd,
then left at T junction onto Gosforth Close.
Venture Court is about 100 metres on the right.
